Nike “Harajuku 1st Anniversary” Air Magma ND Pack

In celebration of their 1st anniversary, Nike Harajuku is releasing this set of limited edition shoes. In addition to the beige, yellow and pink versions, the Nike Air Magma ND will release in two new exclusive, bold colorways of blue and orange. As with the other editions each boot is fastened with starkly contrasting laces and black detailing. The blue and orange versions will release exclusively at Nike Harajuku alongside the rest of the set, in restricted numbers on November 13 and 14.

Admittedly these are not the nicest kicks around, slippers and rambling springs to mind but the tee's are fresh!!!!

BLACK SOUND SERIES

Taking place at Contact from Thursday 30th September to Saturday 2nd October the Black Sound Series is a celebration of Black Music culture and it's influence on the UK at the opening of Black History Month 2010. Attractions include the best in Spoken Word Poetry, Live Music, Contemporary dance, DJ’s and a photographic exhibition.

Contact in association with Culturehub NYC and ADAD present a special curated Mixed Movement. Dancers from Manchester and New York jamming in real-time across a digital space to celebrate the diversity of Black Dance!
The event is hosted by DawN Crandell - creator of Mixed Movement, and also features two incredible showcase artists: Lati Saka and Manchester’s premier dance troupe ‘ Shockout’. 

DANCEAFRICA & REMEMBA FELA - A night dedicated to the legend of Afrobeat FELA KUTI and a celebration of contemporary Afro influenced Dance music. Expect to hear the best in Afrobeat, Deep House, Broken Beat and Afro -tech brought to you by COMMUNITY & CONTACT. All hosted by London hip hop artist TY.

Kicks N Canvas asked Insa along with 20 other artists to submit a pair of custom sneakers and a 50cm x 50cm original piece to compliment the shoes.
Other artists include Goldie, Inkie, ATG, Antony Lister, Benedict Radcliffe.

Introducing the Nylon Magazine x Nike Sportswear Collection. Crafted in nylon with reflective details that spell out the magazine’s name, the bold Pink, Blue, Orange, Yellow, and Green hues were chosen because they are bold, modern, and ever present within the pages of the magazine. Following suit, the apparel design team fashioned the Nike Windrunner in the same tonal colors adding a piece to a collection that demands attention.The Nylon Magazine x Nike Sportswear Collection released on June 20th, 2009. The Pink and Green colorways are exclusively available at Urban Outfitters locations across the country. The remainder of the colors can be found at locations including Niketown, Nike Sportswear at 21 Mercer, Nike Sportswear at The Montalban, and Nikestore.com. 

Fafi x Adidas third collection

French graffiti artist Fafi has created her third collection for Adidas Originals, the winter collection will be released in October Next October and another for summer. Fafi created the graphics and designed all the pieces with the Adidas team. 

The little taster picture above is the honey mid with Fafi's comic print.

One more thing, even though you’ll find 5 pairs of sneakers for each collection, the clothes are not exactly what we are used to see at Adidas everyday, get ready !
